Why the rage?
What is up with so many new movies coming out being 3D? Honestly, I live in a 3D world, and it's nice to view things in 2D for a change. It's one of the only reasons I go see movies. I hope this 3D fad dies like the Hansen's music career.

Amen sista! Pretty much everything was in 3-D last night at the theater and I didn't think my post-burrito stomach could handle it so Job was forced to watch the overly cheesy movie "something borrowed". Sheesh. ;)
Oh my gosh, I totally agree! What is the deal? Also, what's with the HD kick? Apparently these days you can describe anything as HD even if it makes no sense.
Agreed! Unless the movie was really shot and designed to be 3D it's an excuse for them to charge more money. The past few we have gone to, I have had my glasses off for most of the movie and you could not even tell it was 3D. I dislike wearing those glasses.
Ditto to your post and all of the above. 3D makes me dizzy and I always leave with a headache...sometimes nauseous.
